Fics like In the Hands of His God

A Shrine for Misfortune, A Ghost for a God Alternate meeting idea where XL accidentally finds HC's ashes while scrap collecting in an area that had once been his shrine, and HC is now on a hellish crusade to catch the one that dared to handle his ashes when it’s for his god's hands alone. (Or: A story about love, fate, and the absurdity of being a god who can’t seem to stop falling—both literally and figuratively.)
