Fics like The Things You'd Give Up

The silence was peaceful, for a while. The only sounds in the living room were the sounds of steady breathing, from the both of them, and perhaps impatient tapping from time-to-time. It had been a good solid 20 minutes before there were any inidcations of life outside of breathing from the knocked out shape. He gently stirred, disrupting his own breathing patterns, slowly yet surely opening his eyes. Iris was unsure where to begin, but nevertheless decided to see if he'd get any sort of response. "Finally awake, are we?" --- After having found some alone time with Cube to discuss the situation that had transpired(while also taking the opportunity to make sure he didn't fatally injure himself like a moron), Iris has some very choice words for the shape in question. Those very same 'choice words' go even further once he realizes that Cube has likely been harboring some feelings of self-hatred for quite some time now.
