No wonder Painey never noticed. He never knew it was an option.” Marnus hurls the other glove into his kit bag and yanks out his phone. “Okay no, that’s it. I’m texting the lads.” Steve slams up to a seated position on Marnus’ bed. “What lads?” Marnus shoots him a look. “All of them.” Steve gapes at him. ~~~ Or, the one where Zoinis do Zoinis things, Steve has a breakdown and Marnus tries to be a good friend, complicated by the fact that sometimes, Steve doesn't tell him important information. Oh, and the entire squad are invested in Steve's love life.
