Fics like The Ones Who Hide

“I’m spoken for, officer.” That comment went straight to Rick’s cock. Six long years had been and gone, but Daryl was still his. Or had he found someone new? In all fairness, that seemed most likely, and could he be blamed for moving on? Rick’s stomach churned at the thought. He absentmindedly tightened the cuffs as his thoughts raced, oblivious to the hiss of pain that escaped the other. “Oh, yeah, and who might that be?” He couldn’t help himself; he had to know. Daryl spat at his feet before he replied. “A better man than you’ll ever be, and a scary bastard, too. Bit a man’s throat out once, so watch yerself.” Or; Daryl Dixon is taken as a consignee for the Civic Republic, and he doesn't recognise his lover, Rick Grimes, in that fancy uniform.
