Fics like Friends and Foes

Peter mulls over the past half hour, staring up at Tony’s mural. After a few minutes, he hears something floating behind him, a rustle of thick fabric. Superman’s cape. Peter flicks the mask on in an instant, turning to face him, grateful the man made enough noise to alert him of his presence. It’s probably deliberate; Peter’s figured out that Superman is nothing if not polite. “Just stopping by to check in with you before I head back to Metropolis,” Superman says. “Everything all right?” Peter navigates life after returning from the dead into a new, combined world. (Or: the FFH portion of the plot.)
