Fics like the pevensie children

When she gets an opportunity to write to her husband, she takes up her fountain pen and scribbles, her letters blocky and spaced out. She thinks back on Peter’s magnificent blue eyes, Susan’s gentle love for her siblings, Edmund’s desire for justice, and Lucy—her darling Lucy—whose valiance reminds her of a lion, and she cannot bring herself to write anything. Nothing but the words, What has happened to our children? in which, Helen Pevensie sees four children step out of the train, and wonders when her children became strangers.
