It seems there's always a new problem for the Maou. With his powers nearly drained, Yuuri’s human and demon selves are at war- a war that not only threatens his ability to wield his powers, but also threatens his very life. As if that wasn’t enough… Bob has disturbing news about the barrier between the two realms, leading to Yuuri needing to make a choice. With life and death, and more, on the line, Yuuri has no choice but to face truths he's been hiding from. But making a choice is only the first step in a very long journey. Timeline is post season 3 of the anime, picking up right after ep 117, but will be a little vague. Liberties taken with how some magic works. Honestly, after the first couple chapters, could even be read as Canon divergence or at any point of canon. There is slight non-consensual kissing in Chapter Six, but it gets shut down pretty quickly.
