Fics like and suddenly, not at all beautiful

Buck’s doing fine. Sure, his leg hurts, and every time he blinks he finds himself on Eddie’s couch, the realtor’s sizzling voice in the background, and it sends such a jolt across his spine that he has to hold onto the nearest wall. Sure, he hasn’t spoken to Christopher in what must have been months, his pillowcase still smells of Tommy, and hell, there are more than three dozens of oatmeal raisin cookies in his kitchen, and he fucking hates raisins. Then there is Maddie, pregnant again, walking towards the edge again, and the real cherry on top, now Eddie, asking him to bring some boxes on his way to help with packing and– No. It's fine. Buck's doing just fine. * A season 8b prediction where Buck spirals about his loneliness, gets kidnapped, and has a breakdown (not necessarily in that order).
