Fics like Nothing To Fear

“I hate to have to ask, and I promise I’ll drop it after this, okay? But, I just gotta check. Two years, and he’s still not ready? You seem pretty ready. Can you promise me that… that it’s all good?” Spencer gave Morgan a soft smile, one that none of the four agents could really picture Spencer ever giving any of them before. “I promise, Morgan, it’s not anything bad,” Spencer insisted, “he’s just… he’s worried about how people will see us.” “Why?” JJ asked before she could stop herself. Spencer was silent for a moment, contemplating, but then he put his coffee down and clasped his hands together on the table before him, fingers interlocking. “I… suppose it won’t hurt for me to explain a bit,” --- Or, Spencer and Hotch have hidden their relationship from the team for the past two years because of Hotch's fears of what people would think of them. Then Jack is taken by an UnSub and their relationship comes to light as they're trying to get him back home safe and sound.
