Fics like belly of the beast

He - the Predacon, that is his designation? - absorbs this knowledge and processes it as fact. This is Shockwave. He is the Predacon. He serves Lord Megatron. Distantly, he knows this should be false. Why does he serve Lord Megatron? He is now, should servitude to a tyrant another mech be the extent of his existence? This train of thought is discarded. He is no mech. He is the Predacon. He serves. Or; in a universe where Predaking did not survive Shockwave’s lab explosion and Smokescreen is caught trying to steal the Forge of Solus Prime, Optimus Prime suffers the consequences.
