Fics like Project DREAMSCAPE - Outlaw Idols

Humans have a great talent at destroying themselves. They’re so terribly great at doing that, Earth no longer exists. A great intergalactic war dating back to the early 21st Century destroyed the planet to a point that humans had to escape and branch out to planets lightyears away. After humanity’s departure from Earth, a new calendar was put into place: the Star Calendar. 0000 marked the start of the new era. We are currently in the year 0048. Most planets have fallen under a totalitarian government led by the Deep Galactic Trade Organization (DGTO), originating from Sagittariustar. The DGTO deems any form of entertainment as dangerous which is why they banned it almost everywhere and see any kind of entertainer as a terrorist. But from that ban stem a few brave idol groups that counter against that, in a protest that music isn’t dangerous and brings people together. One such group is “D.R.E.A.M.s.C.A.P.E.”.
