Fics like A Royal Concession

“I’d been instructed to keep the patient’s identity a secret until you came to look at them, but, well,” he exhaled again, as though he was afraid he was committing some grave sin, “the Omega you will need to take care of is the Emperor Yoon Jeonghan.” * When Crown Prince Yoon Jeonghan presents as Omega against the expectations of everyone in the Empire, many think it is the end of the rule of the legendary Yoon line of Emperors. But against all odds, he manages to keep his throne, making him the first ever Omega Emperor, and there is no looking back, until a strange sickness takes hold of him. The Omega-only physician Choi Seungcheol is given the task of caring for him, but along the way, he realises that there's more to the Emperor - and the court - than they let on. The Emperor is gravely insecure of his Omega status, despite being highly competent, and the Court reveals more enemies than friends for the Emperor, and by extension, for the Emperor's specially appointed Physician. * "When you fall, dear Physician, in love, to lies, or for a deception, you fall hard and fast. That's what my Court is like." * bonus chapters coming soon!
