Fics like Of Things Reborn

“Jayce, I…” Viktor doesn’t get the chance to finish his thought, because suddenly Jayce’s lips are on his own, and the calculated webbing that is Viktor’s mind goes up in smoke. The kiss feels like dying. It aches, this shard of humanity that is falling through his fingers. Viktor fumbles to cling to it, to hold it close to his withered chest, to allow it to light something deep within that had started to go out- Jayce’s hand presses into the small of Viktor’s back. And nothing else seems to matter any more. Or: the scene after viktor’s rebirth, but i make them kiss and viktor doesn’t run off
