Fics like Written in the Stars

Bowser’s life isn’t going so great. His castle got haunted (a “friendly gift” from King Boo), his responsibilities are taking a toll on him, and his heart just about shatters when he gets a letter in the mail officially banning him and his family from attending Mario and Princess Peach’s wedding. The issue isn’t that they were banned, that much was expected. The issue is that Junior thought they WERE invited and proceeded to tell the rest of The Royal Family. Now his kids are over the moon, glad that Bowser is over Peach, and so grateful that the Princess is being kind and patient enough to invite him and his family to her wedding. Bowser’s family is his entire world. How could he possibly break the truth to them? He just can’t. His only solution is to figure out a way to keep up the lie, long enough to somehow turn it into the truth. Even if it makes him resort to lows he wasn't aware he was capable of stooping to.
