Fics like Nobody Mourns The Wicked

What do you think happens when a spark breaks? What happens to the bot that houses it? Do they cease to exist? Or do they continue on, shedding whatever emotions go with the parts of the spark that falls away. Perhaps the broken halves fight for dominance in the frame. The winner shutting the other out. The host left unaware. But this story isn’t about the winning half of the spark. The one that won the war. No. This is about the half that lost.
