Fics like slow down, sit down, it's new

Knuckles turns his gaze towards Sonic, clearing his throat before he begins. "We have noticed that you have been spending a... considerable amount of time with the other hedgehog." "You mean Shadow?" It's a silly question, really— What other hedgehogs do they know? Still, the echidna nods. "Yes. Him. And while I am admittedly uninformed when it comes to hedgehog courting rituals..” Knuckles pauses, and Tails offers him an encouraging thumbs up. “... The fox and I have reason to believe that the two of you have been engaging in said rituals. Or, perhaps… This planet’s equivalent.” or, tails and knuckles are convinced that sonic and shadow are a little more than just friends. which is totally not true, nope, not at all.
