Fics like Candle in the Darkness

Amy Rose knows that the man of her dreams is the one and only Sonic, yet after a chance meeting with the enigmatic Shadow she finds her thoughts drifting to him. Yet before she could decipher what that could mean the Black Arms invades the Earth, causing great destruction in their wake. Not only does she have to protect her friends, she also finds herself in G.U.N's crosshair after allying with Shadow, who seems to have some connections to the alien forces that may threaten to lure him into the darkness. Or: A retelling of Shadow the Hedgehog from Amy's point of view with an attempt at making a cohesive story while sprinkling large doses of Shadamy into the mix. For flavor.
