Fics like Thrown off the Tracks

When Giratina started ripping holes into space and time itself it didn’t just create rifts to Hisui. It also unintentionally created rifts to whole entire other words altogether. Ingo unfortunately is dragged into one of these rifts, and instead of going to Hisui he gets sent to the Sword Coast in Faerûn. Worse he’s captured and infected with a Mind Flayer tadpole of all things. Trapped in another world without memories, and infected with a deadly parasite things aren’t looking good. Still, he has hope. He has companions suffering from the same thing, and Arceus blessed him with some druid powers that have a Pokémon twist to them. He also has a goal. Go to Baldur’s Gate. If he does, he may be saved, and he may be able to find a way home. However, the road to his destination is long, and Arceus has plans for him to deal with the other things that the rifts have tossed into Faerûn. Add in a growing bond with a certain pale elf, and it’s safe to say that Ingo’s adventure in Faerûn will be anything but simple.
