Fics like in every cry of every man (the mind forg'd manacles i hear)

He’d mentioned it to Wade once, in the driver’s seat of that fucking Honda Odyssey they’ve yet to talk about. That he’d been alive for over 200 years. And boy, have those 200 years been busy. Traumatic, some might say. Same difference, really. But Logan’s fine. Always has been. Always will be. Until he isn’t. —- OR Logan has been on a steady mental decline even before the shit-show that made his world hate him. Despite Chuck’s best efforts, he’s never really taken the time to heal - or to even think - about those fuzzy, just-recently-remembered days that made him the man - the weapon he was. And then he, and all the rest of the X-Men died. Not a great environment for healing. Being flung into the orbit of a man like Wade, who can understand, sends that particular status quo spinning out of control. Logan is decidedly not a fan of this. Wade doesn’t really care and ploughs on anyway.
