Fics like Vacation Days

"Relax," Hill said with a smile. "You're not in trouble." Steve let out a slow breath. "How can I help you?" Hill folded her hands over the desk. "We need you to take a vacation." Steve blinked. "I don't…" "Like, literally. Our annual accounts audit determined that you have"—she checked her screen—"sixty-five days of vacation accrued. I realize our relationship with the Avengers is different from the rest of our agents, but you, Agent Romanov, and Agent Barton are all technically employees, and SHIELD requires that employees take at least seven days of their allotted vacation per year. In the past three years, you've taken zero. So we need you to go on vacation for at least twenty-one days."
