Fics like I Would Never, I Swear

“Robin, you head that way,” he ordered in a whisper, pointing towards one end of the passage. “Stay in the shadows, stay on coms. If you see anyone, hide. Don’t engage until we have more information.” “I am more than capable of—” Damian tried to protest, scowling in a way that reminded Dick painfully of Bruce. “No. We need more information. Stay quiet. Stay hidden. Don’t engage. Signal to me if you need help or if you find anything or anyone. Wherever this is, it isn’t home. We don’t need to start something that we’re incapable of finishing.” ... From an anonymous prompt submitted to me @bats-and-the-birds on Tumblr - Could you write a Dick and Damian fic during when they think Bruce is dead, and the duo travels to the injustice universe? (Maybe they meet the other Damian and Bruce, and Dick tries to fix their relationship, but at the end, Damian and Bruce decide it’s just too late? (I am a big fan of angst.))
