Fics like For Sale: Pre-Owned Birds and Bats

Dick is having a midlife crisis at the ripe old age of 17. Why did Batman have to fire him from being Robin? Life had been going so well. And now he is living at Titan's Tower, with no money, and no idea what he is supposed to do with his life now. Oh, great, here comes his nemesis to make matters even worse! Or Deathstroke the Terminator doesn't have time to take care of stubborn, sleep deprived, sassy teenage vigilantes, but yet here he is, with a houseful of them. Whenever Batman fires, or loses one of his Robins, Slade is there to snatch them up and add them to his ever growing collection of Pre-Owned Birds and Bats. AKA: Slade Wilson's adoption arc! All the Batkids find a way into Slade's life (and home) whether he wants them there or not!
