Fics like Ego

Does anyone think Shuri's ego was way too high in Avengers: Infinity War? I mean, she insulted Bruce Banner's intelligence, acting like a spoiled princess. What if her spoiled behavior backfired? After all, if Tony playing with things he doesn't understand created Ultron according to Cap stans, then Shuri meddling with the same thing and removing the mind stone, which is one part of Vision, has the chance to free Ultron or Jarvis. I guess Steve's "we don't trade lives" doomed the world and Wakanda. Lots of Shuri bashing.
