"In a post-war world, we're given the luxury of medical procedures that are not vital," Ratchet said. "By which I don't mean 'unnecessary', just 'not needed for survival'. It's a very nice change of pace." "So this will be a thing now? You'll do... cosmetic surgeries?" Ratchet shrugged a little. "In the end," he said, "a medic is a servant to the needs of others. My job is largely reactive. Ventral fuel line clogged? I can fix that for you. Hinges grinding? I fix it. Rust infection; I fix that too. Why not do this as well? It's just on you to tell me what you need." -- It was never important enough. Before the war, it was unthinkable. Then, well, it was war. Now, Megatron realized nothing was really speaking against doing something he's always wanted to do.
