Fics like Lead Me

Alex is... A mess. A heart of gold but a head too hard to keep himself out of trouble. He grew up in the system - foster family after foster family until, at 17, he ended up on the streets. That was years ago though, now he is surviving - not thriving maybe, but he has friends, jobs, and spends his time helping out the unhoused community that he once belonged do. He is still just a grungy punk kid- but he really is trying...until... One drunken mistake gets him probation and community service with the local Catholic Priest- Father Henry Fox. Henry has a plan. He has always had a plan. Every moment of every day are scheduled with activities, services, meetings with the congregation, exercise and worship. When a parishioner asks a favor of him, asks him to lend time to guiding a lost soul in need of a strong male role model- he really has no choice but to agree. It's what Priests are for after all. Whatever could bring a queer anarchist and a Catholic Priest together, and who exactly is leading who?
