Fics like ICW intercedes - or - HJP seriously needs to read the fine print

The ICW should have handled this bullshit years ago, when the Volturi were causing major issues. They should not have left it until the bastards finally left Volterra to send Harry after them. Whatever. Harry would try diplomacy first, but would undoubtedly end up fighting someone. Preferably Aro, Caius, and Marcus, but he wasn't picky as long as he could take out some of their minions. Billy Black was going to yell at him when he found out he was in the area anyway, for not visiting in the past near decade. He was definitely holding Jasper and Alice to the task of lifting his spirits for the ICW dropping him off without a way back.
