Fics like Proposal confusion

Harry is tired of his best friend (and crush) Tom going down on one knee to fake a proposal to him every time they go to restaurants, just so they could get free desserts. Every time he has to say yes to the fake proposal he slowly dies inside knowing all of Tom's loving words are fake and don't mean a thing. Tom is getting extremely frustrated. Just how many times does he need to court and propose to Harry to satisfy him and finally accept his proposal completely. He just doesn't get why Harry keeps returning the ring back to him every time straight after their date nights, when it seems like he returns his affections as well. Prompted in the ‘The Chamber of Secrets’ discord.
