Fics like From Dusk Till Dawn

For a minute, Taejoon wonders how it would feel to step forward and off the ledge. It’s more so a deep-rooted curiosity than a genuine desire to ease nonexistent suffering–would his heart race as he plummeted to his death? Would he regret it once he’s already in free-fall? Would death be instant, like a blanket of darkness thrown over him, or would he lay there, conscious and bleeding out and wondering if curiosity was worth dying for? He’s so deep in his morbid little reverie that he barely notices the twisting doorknob of the door leading to his humble little den of respite, only turning once he sees the door swing open from the corners of his vision. His first thought is that it’s a janitor or faculty—instinctively hides the cigarette held between his forefinger and thumb by his side, where it can't be seen from the doorway, other hand still hidden inside the pocket of his blazer clenching into a balled-up fist as irritation lights through his system. What greets him instead, are the most strikingly beautiful pair of eyes he’s ever seen, bordering on feline–irises a devastatingly gorgeous violet.
