Fics like I'll Never Let You Go

When Bowser mobilizes his latest plot to kidnap Princess Peach, Mario finds himself pursuing them toward the deepest reaches of space. The long journey gives him time to miss home and reflect on how he and Luigi came to be in the Mushroom Kingdom. Though he struggles to find a way forward in the face of the innumerable galaxies, Mario only has to think of Princess Peach all alone in the center of the universe to keep going.
