Fics like Malicious Compliance

Jon is reluctantly coming to agree with the overwhelming majority of people employed at the Magnus Institute that Martin Blackwood is a quite lovely person. Well, those aren't the words he’d use, but even he can admit that Martin is a… decent person to be around when considering his recently improved quality of work. So, when Elias sends out a rather rude and very obviously targeted company-wide email prompting Tim and Sasha to stage a malicious compliance coup against their creepy boss on Martin’s behalf, Jon decides there’s no harm in playing along (“Only for a week Tim. The archives are not going to organize themselves.”) His participation in this little scheme is only to get back at Elias and to prove how hard he works. It has absolutely nothing to do with how wrong that distraught expression looks on Martins's face. Or the fact that he maybe, definitely, misses that smile and those cups of tea. (Based on that one Reddit post that I definitely read on Reddit and did not see on TikTok over Subway Surfers gameplay)
