No, this is definitely Camelot, despite the fact that he'd been nowhere near mere seconds ago. A voice speaks, and Merlin realizes three things at exactly the same time. 1. This is a much younger, although still very familiar, version of Camelot. 2. Uther Pendragon is alive, and is unfortunately the one talking. 3. Merlin is much shorter. That might just be the worst of the three.
