Fics like Please Hold…

Nico di Angelo loved his job and he was damned good at it if his ‘Employee of the Month’ certificates were anything to go by. His sole responsibility as a call responder in the Complaints & Feedback Department of Hermes Express, was to ensure no one ever successfully left a complaint. How does he do that? Simple, by pissing their customers off until they just hang up. Will Solace was stubborn as a mule and some jerk in the Hermes Express Complaints Department was not going to stand between him and his missing parcel. /OR/ Nico being a sarcastic shit who takes too much pleasure in putting people on hold, and Will is a masochist Swiftie who refuses to just give up. And is it possible to fall in love with just a voice over the phone?
