Fics like Never Had The Nerve

“I want to see my father,” the voice whispers as fingers lightly scrape the back of Syd’s head. All he can do is respond back with a little moan. The words seem to have no meaning or understanding in his head. “I’m just so tired.” Syd feels familiar plump lips press onto his temple as the weight on the mattress has changed. Syd moans again, this time at the loss of warmth next to him. “I’m so tired,” he hears again, “I’m going to see my father. I love you, Sydney… I’m really sorry.”
