Fics like Tokyo Dreaming

Gibbs and the MCRT are in Japan for a case when they encounter Japanese pop-idol Anthony DiNozzo, who is performing his farewell tour at the naval base in Yokosuka. Sparks fly, but Gibbs has a job to do, even though he is captivated by the singer. NOTE: This is an AU where Tony never joined NCIS nor went into law enforcement but instead moved to Japan to become Japan's biggest pop star.
