When the Mato Defense Corps is forced to create an Internal Affairs Division with invasive arrest and incarceration protocols, Commander Ren makes Yuuki its chief in an effort to render the unit powerless. To combat this, the Onmyou Agency decides to grant Yuuki the power to arrest anyone as they bind him to his lawful duties with the mysterious Mato Apple. Unfortunately, the first person he puts in handcuffs ends up being Tenka, when she shadows him on his visit to agency and ends up killing the black-ops group's director. The Chief of the Sixth Division finds herself headed to the new Mato Military Women's Penitentiary with a life sentence to serve as a breeding slave. Of course, with Yuuki the warden carrying out her sentence, Tenka has few objections to her new life behind bars.
