Fics like Bat appreciation day

Tim wasn’t raised to do things half-heartedly. He was raised to do things fully. To the best of his ability. And the best of his ability is chasing down his favourite heroes and taking photos of them from various (precarious) vantage points. The best of his ability includes sitting on the stalactites on the batcave, watching his favourite heroes interact. --- Aka Bat shifter Tim gets caught.
