Fics like Cerberus' Web

She was very lonely, and being taken in by Tony Stark of all people for being an apparently missing half-sister was not her ideal image of what her family might look like. She'd dreamed of this moment, but she couldn't help but feel incredibly nervous about all of this. It was a bit intimidating, all the money, the affection, but she liked her new family, and they grew close over the years. Going to the Academy was hard, not living with Tony anymore and not seeing her family made it harder to leave, but she wanted to be an agent. Finding love was just an odd side effect of that journey. Whatever was to come, to harm the ones she cared about or the world, she would fight tooth and nail to protect what she loved. Or Skye gets adopted by Tony Stark who is her brother and becomes a family with him, Rhodey, Pepper, and Happy! She attends the Shield academy where she meets Fitzsimmons, Coulson, May, her new field partner Trip, and later, the love of her life, Natasha. She joins Coulson’s team with Fitzsimmons and Trip, and faces the trials ahead as best she can as a field agent and Inhuman with the love of her life by her side. (So far MCU canon compliant, will veer off canon though.)
