Fics like From Forest To Sea, Return To Me

A person the Sully's have missed so very dearly ever since his disappearance when he was just a child is standing in front of them alive. They had looked for him for a long time but had eventually assumed the worst when they never found their oldest son, Spider. Here they stand on an island of reef people that they ask sanctuary of, and their missing son is alive and well. Spider looked older now, and much stronger. They all wanted nothing more than to run up and engulf him in a tight embrace for the many years they lost together. But nothing could have prepared them for the words that would come out of his mouth. "Sanu, who are these people?" Spider addresses the Tsahik of the Metkayina softly. That sentence was enough to officially drain any happiness they previously had at the sight of Spider. Spider doesn't remember them, his family that raised him since he was a baby until he mysteriously vanished.
