Fics like island

“S̴o̵r̵r̸y̶.̶ ̸I̸,̷ ̷u̸h̵…̶” Cordis blinks again. A third iris wobbles into place against the other two, like they’re all bloody egg yolks settling in a white bowl. “I̴t̷—̷i̵t̴’̶s̶ ̶j̶u̵s̶t̵…̴” Another swallow, another click. Another mouthpart that protrudes unwanted from between his cheek and teeth. “I̴t̷’̴s̵ ̸d̴—̶r̶-̶r̸e̷a̶l̴l̸y̸ ̶d̸i̵s̸t̶r̵a̷c̷t̶i̶n̶g̷ ̵b̸e̵i̶n̷g̵ ̸i̵n̵s̸i̵d̷e̸ ̴y̸o̶u̵…̷” Tarou wrinkles his nose with a scowl, though his lips have gone slack, tired of holding his jaw open. 𝙳𝚒𝚍 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎 𝚝𝚘 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚍 𝚒𝚝 𝚕𝚒𝚔𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝? The pile of guts was a black blob of flies that buzzed like a saw. RTR bug moment. Tarou POV. Making a deranged comeback to solo, non-RP, writing for first time in 6 years… We are so back(?!) I’ve been very into weird, ambiguous dynamics lately. Prequel art (NSFW) and companion art here!
