Fics like Lunar Plight

In the depths of an abandoned factory lies a daycare left to rot, leaving only the live toys to roam and consume each other in the hopes of staying alive. Quiet is all that’s left to embrace as children who once played to their heart’s content were robbed of their lives and the exploited innocent’s remains were to be eaten. The one behind the massacre bides their time until the survivor’s guilt finally overcomes them and for their plan to take action. (At least, that was the original story. All it takes is one spirit willing to lend a helping hand earlier than when the former employee would arrive to make a huge difference.) [or: i use indie cross as an excuse to have ori appear and save the smiling critters a couple years before canon. previous work doesn't need to be read to understand this one.]
