Fics like Rose's Thorns

The Doctor came waltzing back from 18th-century France, acting like nothing had happened, like he hadn't snogged a French Courtesan then bragged about it while his companions were strapped to a table by murderous repair droids. He had abandoned Rose, the TARDIS, and Mickey on an unknown ship in the 51st century, without a word or hint of a plan to come back. When he does come back, having lost Reneitte, he expects Rose to be happily waiting for him, eager to keep traveling. But, she isn't. Instead, she requests to be taken home. Rose won't accept being abandoned and leaves the TARDIS, determined to get over the Doctor and make something of herself.
