Fics like The one where Tony forgets to tell Peter about the arc reactor

"He sees Tony slumped over his desk, seemingly not moving at all. It hits him like a slap in the face. He can’t hear the hum of the arc reactor, that’s what’s wrong. Tony is dead." or Tony upgrades the arc reactor to make it quieter and forgets to tell Peter about it. He falls asleep at his desk and when Peter arrives he can't hear the arc reactor and believes Tony is dead.
