Did you get enough love, my little dove? Why do you cry? Korasae was a strong and influential nation until the Korasan Civil War. What was once a large country has been turned into two enemy nations: Hanshino and Yeolsa. For four generations, the nations cut off all communications and trade. Twenty years ago, the Treaty of Support established the Korasae Alliance, enabling trade and travel between the nations, and arranging the marriage of the Yeolsan Crown Prince and Hanshin Second Prince. Felix is the Hanshin Second Prince. Though nervous to leave his family and country for the first time, he is committed to his duty to be a good wife and future Yeolsan Queen. Hyunjin is the Yeolsan Crown Prince. Born as Second Prince, he ascended due to his brother’s mysterious murder several years ago. Though plagued by his past and palace rumors, he is determined to develop a good, loving relationship with his bride. Joined together in marriage as strangers, they must work together to protect the future of Yeolsa, and in turn, Korasae. (title from Fourth of July by Sufjan Stevens)
