S4 Ep 5-6 spoilers// (referenced stuff in them) (Also super rushed because I wrote this at 1am to get my feelings out, might make it more detailed later) Not based on the episodes themselves but an angst idea I’ve had for awhile. ——- He closed his eyes tighter. Maybe if he tried enough he could pretend it was all a dream. And then he would wake up in his bed, safe and warm. With the shrieks of his father as he burnt bred again and the laughter of his family downstairs. The smell of breakfast and the shout of his name. Calling him home. He dared to open one eye. Looking at the dark pink sky and endless horizon of death. And the misery overtook the small hope of happiness. Because he knows he will never see any of it again.
