Fics like Partly Truth // Partly Fiction

Akechi was supposed to be dead. Where the hell was he, and what were those goddamn pictures on the wall about?! Brief glimpses of the photos littered his mind. Pictures of him and Kurusu at the beach, at some sort of fireworks festival, and more specifically one that looked a lot like a–a–wed– Almost on instinct, Akechi’s eyes flew to his left hand. There was an ivory band around his ring finger. No. No. Nonononononononononono— Instead of meeting his end at Shido's Palace, Akechi finds himself 10 years into a future where he's married to his rival, Akira Kurusu. But who or what put him here, and why does he get the feeling there's more to this world than meets the eye...?
