Fics like Push me, Catch me

Astarion dissociates during sex with Halsin and loathes himself for it. His druid comes up with an idea to temporarily rid his mind of thoughts that try to pull him under. ---------------------------------------------------- His thoughts were drifting again, but Halsin caught him feathery light just before he could get too far away. Careful fingers held his chin so Astarion would need to look at him. There was no strength behind it, so the vampire could have pulled away, should he have decided to do so. In fact, Astarion felt far from wanting to pull away - but his inner struggle and turmoil were ever present in his conflicted eyes. “This time, when you feel it getting too much, don’t slip into that dark place. Just to test a little theory.” Before Astarion could reply, Halsin kissed him hot and deep and rough.
