Fics like Pretty, yet Grotesque (PRETTY BLOOD AU)

What if Pretty Blood wasn't a torture company, but a laboratory that would change every malino that steps foot in it? Lobotomies, Conjoinments, Experiments... It'll hurt, yes, but It'll heal, and It'll make them stronger... At least, that's what the hospital strives for; Misfit malino. Some use these methods for medical, at-home uses. Some, to make them "developed" beyond their understanding. Some, to make them less stressed. But why are they doing this? What makes this company make their subjects so... Pretty, yet Grotesque? (A Pretty Blood reimagining.)
