Lucy is freshly 17, has been at Lockwood and Co for a year now and is having a pretty good time living in the here and now, all things considered. After a routine job forces the past down her throat -- literally -- Lucy's got to figure out why she's coughing up flower petals before she suffocates from them. Add in George, stuck in a research whirlwind, Lockwood, kept purposefully in the dark, and Kipps, who'd happily be anywhere but in the middle of it all, and Lucy's only sure of one thing: she's really, really sick of daisies. Or, Lucy's refusal to acknowledge her feelings for Lockwood might just kill her. And that's if actually acknowledging them doesn't kill her first.
