Fics like The Tpek T-shirt incident

“Your highness, out of purely scientific interest, might I ask something about your home world?” Jim channeled his inner Spock, imagining his command uniform not yellow but blue for a moment. The Tpek nodded and Jim, knowing to return the gesture, lowered his eyes as well for a brief moment. James Kirk had to do a double take as his mind took a millisecond longer to realize what exactly was wrong when he lowered his head. Because he did not in fact need to imagine that his uniform was blue instead of yellow… because that’s exactly what it was. Finally, the tightness of the fabric around his waist presented itself with an explanation as Jim fought to control the sudden rush of blood into his cheeks.
