Fics like Fate's Detour

I'm redoing this summary now that I have an idea where the story is going. The summer before his third year, Harry Potter's temporary living accommodations in Diagon Alley are cut short. In a bid to rescue Harry from his abusive family, the Weasley Twins rope Professor Severus Snape into taking him in. Featuring an ambitious Harry & Severus Snape doing his best. Together with a sassy mirror and a firey friend, follow Harry as he deviates from the path laid out before him and starts doing a bit more thinking before acting. TLDR: Snape mentors the Weasley twins & they recruit him to save Harry during the summer before PoA. PART 2: We'll see what happens when Harry gets back to Hogwarts.
